The reception and restaurant employees were nice and caring. the facilities provided were great, with a reasonable sized TV in the room and free WiFi. The location was also a key advantage, being close to the airport and just a short taxi ride away.
One of the main downsides was the lack of nearby supermarkets or grocery stores, making it a bit inconvenient if you needed to purchase any essentials. there was no tube station within walking distance, which could be a drawback if you wanted to explore the city using public transportation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was really close to Heathrow airport. Getting to terminal 3 was easy and even terminal 2 was not far away. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and it provided a comfortable and enjoyable night.

The location to long term parking is great. Clean rooms and bathrooms with lovely amenities. Good food in the restaurant with excellent menu and value for money. Comfortable bed and good breakfast options.

Despite the minor inconvenience of roadworks on the M4 slip road, the staff at the front desk were kind enough to inform me in advance, saving me from any potential hassle.

The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to assist guests, even going so far as to provide directions to the nearest EE shop when a guest's phone was broken. The hotel's location, although not in the centre of town, is ideal for those wanting to visit London, with the train station just a 30-minute walk away.
