The reception and restaurant employees were nice and caring. the facilities provided were great, with a reasonable sized TV in the room and free WiFi. The location was also a key advantage, being close to the airport and just a short taxi ride away.
One of the main downsides was the lack of nearby supermarkets or grocery stores, making it a bit inconvenient if you needed to purchase any essentials. there was no tube station within walking distance, which could be a drawback if you wanted to explore the city using public transportation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was really close to Heathrow airport. Getting to terminal 3 was easy and even terminal 2 was not far away. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room was perfect and it provided a comfortable and enjoyable night.

The hotel's location, although not in the centre of town, is ideal for those wanting to visit London, with the train station just a 30-minute walk away.
