The staff at the hotel were faultless, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The reception and restaurant employees were exceptionally nice and caring. the facilities provided were great, with a reasonable sized TV in the room and free WiFi for guests. The location was also a key advantage, being close to the airport and just a short taxi ride away.

One of the main downsides was the lack of nearby supermarkets or grocery stores, making it a bit inconvenient if you needed to purchase any essentials. there was no tube station within walking distance, which could be a drawback if you wanted to explore the city using public transportation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel as it was really close to Heathrow airport. Getting to terminal 3 was a breeze and even terminal 2 was not far away. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast which had friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and it provided a comfortable and enjoyable night.
